1. Definitions

"FieldFlow," "we," "us," or "our" refers to FieldFlow Labs LLC.

"Service" refers to the FieldFlow platform at getFieldFlow.io, including all tools, features, APIs, and embed functionality.

"User," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or organization using the Service.

"Directory" refers to any searchable, filterable listing created and published using the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it current.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2.4 Organizations may use the Service on behalf of their members or staff. The individual who creates the account accepts these Terms on behalf of the organization.

3. The Service

3.1 FieldFlow provides tools to connect Google Sheets data to embeddable, publicly accessible web directories.

3.2 The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Access begins immediately upon payment.

3.3 We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect existing functionality.

4. Your Data

4.1 Your data stays yours. FieldFlow does not claim ownership over any data stored in your Google Sheets or any directory content you publish.

4.2 You grant FieldFlow a limited license to access, process, and display your Google Sheets data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4.3 You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish the data in your directories, including any personal information about third parties.

4.4 You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data you publish through the Service.

4.5 If you cancel or your account is terminated, your data in Google Sheets is unaffected. FieldFlow may delete cached directory data from our servers after account termination.

5. API Keys and Embed

5.1 You may generate API keys to embed directories on external websites. You are responsible for keeping API keys secure and for all usage under those keys.

5.2 You may restrict API keys to specific domains. FieldFlow is not liable for unauthorized use of API keys that were not domain-restricted.

5.3 You may not share, resell, or sublicense your API keys or embed access to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

6.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own organizational or business purposes.

6.3 You may not reproduce, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or sublicense the Service or its underlying code.

6.4 Directories and content you create using the Service are yours. We do not claim ownership over your output.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Publish unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
Transmit malware, bots, or automated scraping tools
Circumvent usage limits, API rate limits, or plan restrictions
Resell or redistribute access to the Service

8. Payments and Billing

8.1 Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

8.2 All payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of FieldFlow Labs LLC.

8.3 Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy at getFieldFlow.io/legal/refund.

8.4 We reserve the right to update pricing. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply at your next renewal.

9. Support and Disputes

9.1 For support, contact us at hello@getfieldflow.io. We respond within 1 business day.

9.2 Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us first and allow us a reasonable opportunity of 48 hours to investigate and resolve the issue.

9.3 Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

10. Third-Party Services

10.1 The Service integrates with Google Sheets and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

10.2 FieldFlow is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

10.3 You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party services you connect to FieldFlow.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

11.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

11.3 We are not responsible for data loss, sync failures, or interruptions caused by third-party services including Google Sheets.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldFlow Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to FieldFlow Labs LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FieldFlow Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your published directory content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

14.1 You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

14.2 We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of the platform. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

14.3 Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Your data in Google Sheets is not affected.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
